Dr. Abby Blackburn is the owner of I Am Total Wellness Studios in central Austin. Dr. Blackburn has been happily serving the families of Austin since February of 2009. The center specializes in many different gentle and traditional chiropractic techniques for injury prevention, rehabilitation, core spinal stabilization, nutritional counseling and general wellness.
Dr. Doan is a University of Texas at Austin alumni with a Bachelors of Science in General Kinesiology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University at Dallas. Prior to his chiropractic studies, he worked four years at Central Texas Neurology Consultants in the physical therapy department where he was able to work hand in hand with patients with pre and post surgical musculoskeletal conditions throughout the body and neurological conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkison’s, and ALS.

Verna Chen, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of St. Augustine in 2018 where she successfully completed advanced hands on manual therapy certification courses.
Prior to receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2013. She has worked in a variety of settings but resonates most with the orthopedic and sports rehab field.
Breann has been a licensed massage therapist for over 8 years and she is passionate about helping others feel like the best version of themselves.
Her massage specialty is a blend of swedish and deep tissue techniques that provides a relaxing, yet effective experience.
Alexis is the owner of In Form Pilates & Bodywork. She’s been a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor since 2017 and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2022. Her passion lies in movement, and she’s thankful for the opportunity to educate, support, and share Pilates with her clients. Alexis’ inherent curiosity about the human body has led her to expand her practice into bodywork, to help clients find relief and relaxation from everyday stress and chronic pain. She believes that everything is connected, and the more knowledge she gains, the more she can share. Her ultimate goal is to help people enhance their daily lives and find joy in their own bodies.
Lindsey Wilder Flatt's life-long interest in herbs and alternative healing modalities led her to take several courses from the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine before she ultimately chose to pursue a career in acupuncture. During the course of school at AOMA, she developed an interest in the traditional Asian Bodywork modality of Tuina, and pursued AOBTA certification in this bodywork style that uses the healing power of touch, combined with stretching, and manipulation of the points and meridians of Chinese acupuncture. She is also reiki certified, and a Certified Cupping Therapist (CCT).
Sarah Carson is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over three years of premiere functional medicine and eleven years of experience as an internal medicine nurse practitioner.
