Thank you for visiting the site of Austin's I Am Total Wellness Studios, home of Blackburn Chiropractic. Dr. Abby Blackburn and our wellness practitioners are dedicated to helping patients stay well by offering excellent, in-depth client care and detailed health education. We offer high quality chiropractic adjustments designed to align the spine and relieve tension on the nervous system. This allows the body to function optimally and restore proper biomechanical integrity.

Regular adjustments, used in conjunction with exercise rehab, myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization and nutritional counseling help patients regain health and maintain their athletic edge.

We also offer both group and private Pilates with state of the art equipment, thoughtful education and wise guidance from our PMA certified Pilates instructors Dawn Chouman and Chiara Dini.

At I Am Total Wellness Studios, our goal is to give you a well rounded set of tools to keep your body healthy and happy.
